Tyler Roberts is in his first season as Defensive Line Coach at College of the Desert Football Program.

A two year Player for the Roadrunners & a 2nd Team All-Conference Selection after his 2nd year Tyler returns to College of the Desert to start his Coaching Career.

Growing up Locally Tyler Starred at Palm Desert High School as a 3 year Starter on their Defensive Line. Nabbing two All Conference Selections in addition to being named as one of The Desert Sun Top 10 Players in the Coachella Valley his Junior & Senior Years. He was also named one of the top Defensive Linemen in Southern California by the Los Angeles Times. Upon Graduation he was named to the Southern California All Star Team where he earned a Starting Spot.

After Completing his 2 Years at College of the Desert Tyler earned a Scholarship to Nicholls State University in Thibodaux Lou. Despite missing the first 3 games due to a knee injury Tyler still ranked as the 3rd leading tackler for the Colonels.

Tyler went on to finish his education at Fresno State University where he Red Shirted his Final Year as a Player.
