2025 Season in Review – COD Softball
April 26, 2025
Under the tutelage of third-year head coach Kelli Finan, the Roadrunners Softball team ended the 2025 with a 21-14 overall record and a 7-8 conference record, finishing fourth in the Inland Empire Athletic Conference. They were rewarded with 2 First Team selections (Alyssa Martinez Sanchez & Kimberly Rodriguez), 2 Second Team selections (Victoria Talamantes & Arissa Gonzalez) and an Honorable Mention (Cadence Krisell).
COD Softball splits DH with Chaffey 12-2 & 5-1
April 18, 2025
COD (21-14; 7-8) threw a wrench in the Conference playoff race by grabbing a win in the back half of a doubleheader, knocking off the Chaffey Panthers of Rancho Cucamonga (22-17; 10-4), 5-1.
COD Softball scores 3 in the 7th, walks-off Rams, 7-6
March 19, 2025
COD (18-5; 4-0) grabbed their 7th consecutive win, 9th out of 10 games, falling behind early, the Roadrunners rallied for 3 runs in the bottom of the 7th, walking off the stunned Victor Valley Rams of Victorville (8-12; 3-3), 7-6.

March 15, 2025
COD (17-5) grabbed their 6th straight win, 8th in 9 games, as the Roadrunners swept a day-night doubleheader over the Imperial Valley Desert Warriors and the Glendale Vaqueros, 8-0 and 8-6.
COD Softball wins 4th straight, defeats Wolverines, 12-6

COD (15-5; 3-0) grabbed their 4th consecutive win, 6th out of 7 games, using big innings in the 1st and 6th innings to rout the San Bernardino Valley Wolverines (3-15; 0-3), 12-6.

COD (12-5) had a rough first game, where opportunities to stack hits never materialized and then held on for a hard-fought win in game two, as the Roadrunners split a home double header against the Los Angeles Mission Eagles of Sylmar (5-13), 7-3 and 11-6.

COD (9-1) had a rough first game, being shutout for the first time this season, then responded in a big way by grabbing a five-inning mercy win in game two, as the Roadrunners split a home double header against the Los Angeles Harbor Seahawks of Wilmington (3-5), 5-0 and 16-3.
COD Softball remains undefeated, rolls past Desert Warriors, 5-3

COD (5-0) once again showed their resiliency as they fought back from behind twice to remain undefeated, as Desert came from behind to sneak past the Imperial Valley Desert Warriors (2-4), 5-3.

COD (4-0) remained undefeated as they hosted their 2025 home opener, sweeping the double header over the Taft Cougars (0-3), 11-10 and 10-4.
