COD (2-20; 0-6) struggled to connect on a shot as they were down 65-20 at the half and fell to the Mt. San Jacinto Eagles (25-2; 6-1), 115-37.

Sophomore starting guard Jada Toland (Indio Shadow Hills) led the team with ten points stealing four while grabbing three boards. She shot 3 of 14 going 2 of 2 from beyond the arc and 2 of 2 from three-point range. Freshman starting guard Vanessa Madera (Thermal Coachella Valley) added eight points on 2 of 9 shooting and grabbed two steals and two assists. Freshman forward Julie Rodriguez (Thermal Coachella Valley) led the team from off the bench, contributing five points with two boards, shooting 2 of 4.
