DIAMOND BAR, Calif. - College of the Desert women's golf placed third yesterday afternoon in Diamond Bar, as they competed in an Orange Empire Conference match.

Sophomore Fumika Matsumoto (Japan, Chiba-Ketzai) led the way with a 77, while freshman Yi Chen Tsai (Taiwan/Oversea) shot an 87.  

Freshman Kabrea Rosas (La Quinta, CA/La Quinta HS) shot an 89, with sophomore Briana Luna's (Desert Hot Springs, CA/DHSHS) 97 rounding out the COD participants.  

The Lady Roadrunners travel to Morro Bay this weekend for a two-day tournament.
