COD Men's Golf claim first place at San Marcos, Huertin finishes first overall

COD Men's Golf toppled Palomar at the 71-par St. Mark Golf Course, in San Marcos, finishing their seventh PCAC event with 379 points.

Leading the way for the Roadrunners, sophomore Clement Heurtin (Nantes (FR) NDTA) impressively nailed par and grabbed a first place finish, his third of the 2019 season.  Sophomore Jordan Clark (Poway H.S.) came in close behind with a score of 3-over 74.

Freshman Josh Lumgair (Calgary (AB) Academy) tied his season best with a score of 5-over 76 and sophomore Michael Choma (La Quinta H.S.) tied his second best score of 2019 by posting a 6-over 77.

Freshman Bailey Spivak (Palm Desert H.S.) shot a 10-over 81 as sophomore Maxime Faure (Deauville (FR) Lycee Andre Malraux) wrapped up the event for Desert with a score of 14-over 85. 

The next event for the Roadrunners will be at the Rig City Invitational hosted at Bakersfield Country Club on Monday, April 1st.
