COD Women’s Golf grabs sixth straight Conference match, remains undefeated

COD continues to roll, as freshman Raegan Preece (Imperial H.S.) led the team shooting an 81 as she helped the team collect their sixth straight win in OEC play.

The Roadrunners sent five participants to its eighth event, which was hosted at the par-72 St. Mark Golf Club in San Marcos. Desert would finish with 348 points, four strokes ahead of the second place finisher, the Saddleback Gauchos.

Freshman Maddie Jones (Palm Desert H.S.) shot an 84, helping the Roadrunners continue their impressive streak in their new Conference and freshman Morgan Preece (Imperial H.S.) shot a 91.

Also contributing to the Roadrunners sixth straight win was sophomore Lilyanna Rodriguez (Palm Desert H.S.) who shot a 92 and freshman Isabelle Smith (Indio Shadow Hills) who shot a 113.

COD will make their next appearance at the Los Serranos Golf Club in Chino Hills on October 2nd at 10 am.
