Raised in Rancho Mirage, California, McIntosh competed 4 years at Palm Desert High School, where she helped lead the high school to a pair of CIF Championships and four Desert Valley League titles altering between No. 2 singles and No. 1 doubles. McIntosh and partner won the league doubles title as a senior in 2010 and advanced to the CIF individual Quarterfinals.

Morgan attended California State University at Fullerton on a tennis scholarship, playing all four years at the No. 1 and 2 positions. She earned All-Conference Honorable Mention in singles as a sophomore. She was named to the 2nd Team Big West All Conference in her Junior and Senior years for Doubles. McIntosh finished her final season with an 18-14 overall record and a 13-9 record in singles which earned her spot on the Big West Singles Second Team. She also earned All-Conference Academic Team Honors all four years of her career.

Following her college career McIntosh assisted her father, Owen McIntosh, in coaching the Rancho Mirage High School Boys Team to a De Anza League Championship in 2016 and the Rancho Mirage Girls Tennis Team to a Division V CIF Championship in 2016. Her father was named California State high school tennis Coach of the Year following that season.

McIntosh then returned to her alma mater as Head Coach for the girls tennis team at Palm Desert High School. She coached the team to three Desert Empire League Championships in 2016, 2017, and 2018. In 2018 she led her team to the Quarterfinals of CIF in Division II, marking their best appearance at the CIF Championships since 2010. Her team in the 2019 season is now competing in Division I.

McIntosh was named the head women’s tennis coach at College of the Desert in 2016.

The Roadrunners had a successful 2019 season, finishing 8-2 in conference with a 9-3 overall record. McIntosh took six qualifying players to the Ojai Championships, where her top singles player advanced to the Quarterfinal round.

Morgan works as a Head Teaching Pro at the Reed Anderson Tennis School, which has been voted "Best Adult Tennis Camp in California 2002-2012, 2014-2016," by Tennis Resorts Online and maintains in the Top 5 tennis schools in the nation. She enters her 4th season coaching alongside Anderson. She has also co-directed the latest junior academy in the Coachella Valley, “Rattle Snake Academy,” with her father since 2016.
