COD Baseball clawed their way out of the first round and now travel to the #1 seed in SoCal, the Saddleback Bobcats of Mission Viejo, for a series that begins on Friday at 2 p.m.

There will is a cash only option for purchaing tickets at Saddleback College. State Playoffs Ticket Prices are as follows: General Admission is $12. Faculty, Staff, Children Under 12, Adults 60+ & Students w/ Valid A.S. card are $8. There are no guest passes allowed.

The best-of-3 series will take place on the campus of Saddleback College at Doug Fritz Field. Friday first pitch of game 1 will be at 2 p.m., Saturday first pitch of game 2 will be at 1 p.m. where the game will be played at Saddleback, but the Roadrunners will be the "home" team and if necessary, game 3 will be on Sunday at 12 p.m. The series will also coincide with the second major heatwave of 2022, while the high temperatures in Palm Desert are expected to be 100 on Friday, 106 on Saturday and 105 on Sunday, it will be 20 degrees cooler in Mission Viejo over that same time period.
