COD (3-20; 1-9) fell behind early, scoring two runs in the bottom of the third, receiving some good production from their three-four hitters in a 5 inning loss to the Imperial Valley Arabs, 18-2.

COD (3-17; 1-6) showed a tremendous amount of fight and grit as they scored four runs in the bottom of the seventh and got the tying run to the plate, falling to the Chula Vista Southwestern Jaguars (16-6; 6-1), 7-4.

COD (0-4) opened up their first home stand of the 2017 season against the College of Southern Nevada Coyotes (3-4), sophomore left fielder Darbie Catalfamo (Indio Shadow Hills) was the only Roadrunner with an extra base hit as Desert fell in game one 11-0 and game two 7-1.
