Under fourth-year head coach Garrett Estrin, Desert finished the regular season with a record 9-8-3 overall and 5-3-2 in conference. The Roadrunners placed 2nd in the North Division, collecting the most team wins since 1999 as Estrin was elected PCAC-North Coach of the Year.

COD (1-3) wrapped up non-Conference play with a near shocker as the Roadrunners found the back of the net within the first two minutes of the match, but a late couple of goals as the sun went down, proved to be the difference, as the Mt. San Antonio Mounties (2-3) took the game, 3-2.
