COD Women's Golf wraps up 2024 at 3C2A State Final

COD had two golfers participate in the two-day event which took place at Monarch Dunes Golf Course in Nipomo.

Grabbing the top spot for Desert in Nipomo was sophomore Kayla Speer (Yucaipa H.S.), shot an 88 on day one and then collected an 85 in round two for a total of 173, placing her tied for 30th.

Finishing 64th was freshman Myah Urquidez (Banning H.S.), who shot a 108 on day one of the State Final and a 124 on day two, for a total of 232.
