Coach Gerardo-Martinez is a back to back champion with Coachella Valley High School’s JV girls soccer team and a five time DVL champion as an assistant to the Varsity team. Coach Gerardo-Martinez’s résumé includes club soccer experience with FCA Soccer Club and locally with Palm Desert FC alongside his work at Coachella Valley High School.
Coach Gerardo-Martinez grew up in Coachella and attended Coachella Valley High School. After high school, Coach Gerardo-Martinez attended College of the Desert and later transferred to California State University of San Bernardino which he currently attends. Aside from coaching soccer at College of the Desert, Coach Gerardo-Martinez works in the youth soccer development scene in the Coachella Valley as a personal trainer.
