Coach Dana has been a vital part of the Roadrunner Volleyball Program since 2011-2012. As Lead Assistant, he's deeply involved in all aspects of our operations, training, travel and competitions.
Dana's coaching journey began locally in Coachella Valley desert teams, where he achieved success at both club and high school levels, even securing a CIF championship and state semifinal in 2010-2011. His expertise extends with the beach volleyball scene, and roles at Xavier College Preparatory High School Beach and Club Volleyball.
His love for the game shines through his constant excitement, and he enhances the experience with music and atmosphere, engaging both athletes and fans alike. Furthermore, he has been an active participant in multiple beach volleyball tournaments across Southern California.
Beyond the court, Dana discovers profound joy in outdoor pursuits and is passionate about building rock crawler Jeeps. He embarks on exciting wheeling adventures with his wife, their trail pup, and a vibrant community of fellow enthusiasts, all exploring the vast and captivating landscapes of the greater southwest, Rocky Mountains and beyond.
