Women's Soccer Explodes With 29-Goal Performance

On September 22, 2015 College of the Desert women's soccer turned in an offensive performance for the ages, as they defeated Imperial Valley by the astounding score of 29-0.

Twelve different Lady Roadrunners scored, led by Shadae Brown and Reyna Gutierrez who scored five each.  Alyssa Lopez scored three goals and added three assists, while Madison Decker and Monica Monay both had eight-point (3 goals, 2 assists) performances.  

Brenda Arauz found the back of the net three times, with Cynthia Hernandez scoring two goals and recording one assist.  Yesenia Barroso, Alexis Wright, Brianna Alcorn, Sydney Hannibal and Alexandra Sanchez also scored a goal.
